Key Responsibilities

-Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.

-Listen to customer concerns and identify vehicle problems.

-Open job cards and record service details accurately.

-Explain repair recommendations, service procedures, and costs to customers.

-Prepare quotations and obtain customer approval before repairs.

-Coordinate with technicians regarding repair progress and vehicle status.

-Update customers on service progress and estimated completion time.

-Ensure vehicles are completed within the promised timeline.

-Conduct final checks before vehicle handover.

-Handle invoicing, payment collection, and documentation.

-Manage customer complaints professionally and effectively.

-Build and maintain good customer relationships.

-Support workshop sales targets through service and parts upselling.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
