Who we’re looking for:
We are hiring an organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. You’ll handle daily office operations, support project coordination, and assist with HR tasks such as payroll, attendance, and employee records. If you have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and are eager to grow in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in administration, HR, or office management.
- Strong command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
What you’ll do:
- Support daily office administration and facility upkeep.
- Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other documents, typing.
- Maintain filing systems and project-related records.
- Coordinate between departments and assist with project tracking.
- HR tasks: payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee claims. [SQL payroll]
- Manage employee and foreign worker documentation.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
