We are looking for a dedicated and organised Account Cum Admin Assistant to join our team at GS CERAMIC & HARDWARE SDN.BHD. Based in TASEK GELUGOR PENANG. You will support the group’s financial operations by handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes across multiple entities. This role involves working with financial data, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting reconciliation and reporting activities

What you'll be doing

• Performing a variety of accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
• Document entry of all Purchase Invoice
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Supporting the accounting team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting or administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with accounting principles and best practices
