• Lead product design and development activities using 3D CAD software and relevant simulation tools.
• Plan, monitor, and manage mechanical design schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
• Execute mechanical piece part design, including process verification and tooling validation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for products and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate design phases, engineering transfers, and project scheduling across teams.
• Perform detailed drawing checks and prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Translate customer requirements into detailed design specifications, assess design feasibility, and provide technical expertise to meet customer expectations.
• Establish design objectives for specific projects, perform detailed engineering calculations, and develop innovative design solutions for complex and challenging project features.
• Carry out other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
• Comply with all ISO requirements (including all management-approved standards) and adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and company policies.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, and Electromechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in mechanical design with exposure to metal work engineering will be an added advantage.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of SolidWorks and CAD/CAM software.

Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
