We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ensure efficient seating arrangements.
• Take customer orders promptly and accurately, noting any special requests.
• Serve food and beverages courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all service-related activities.
• Replenish supplies such as cutlery, napkins, and condiments as needed.
• Support teammates during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including dress code and punctuality.
• Promote special menu items or events as instructed by management.
• Report any operational issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate can apply.
• Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, team player, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
