Roles and Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years experience as Electrical Technician.
• Experience in Cable Harnessing and Cable Assembly
• Conduct on-site Assessments on client's cable assembly system,
• Install, Assembly & Taking Cable System Measurement, Service, Commission, Troubleshoot and Retrofit.
• Identify or Propose suitable Cabling and Wiring solutions to client's.
• Able to understand Cable & Wiring System Drawings, Equipment submittals, and material specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and client's standards.
• Answer to Customer Enquiry, Able to Handle customer’s immediate request or complaint, and feed-back customer on timely manner.

Requirement & Qualification:

• At least 5 years experience in Electrical Technical Field Support Roles
• Diploma, Degree in Electrical Engineering from recognized university or equivalent.
• Experience in Cable Harnessing and Cable Assembly operation
• Strong in demonstrated Electrical & Cable Wiring System Skill.
• Strong in problem solving, communication skill, customer handling and decision-making skill.
• .Require language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their specific needs and address any concerns. Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
