• Assist in daily operational and administrative activities related to vessel operations
• Support documentation, coordination, and liaison with port authorities, clients, and relevant stakeholders for vessel-related activities, including:
• Bunkering permit applications and related documentation
• Vessel inward and outward clearance processes
• Crew sign-on, sign-off, and transfer arrangements
• Visitor and crew boarding formalities
• Crew work permit applications and documentation
• Seafarer medical check-up arrangements
• Launch boat service coordination
• Prepare, update, and maintain operational documents, records, and reports accurately
• Coordinate and follow up on operational matters to ensure smooth daily execution of assigned vessels
• Handle document submission, collection, and reporting to the office
• Perform data entry, record tracking, updating, and filing tasks
• Support ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
