Job Description for Inside Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying business opportunities across APAC/Malaysia region
  • Generate demand for Reliable services & solutions through prospecting
  • Should have knowledge about LinkedIn and other social media to generate leads.
  • As the first point of contact for prospects, engaging prospects in meaning conversations, uncover business challenges and position Reliable solutions as the answer.
  • Following up on cold leads, conduct discovery calls and nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle
  • SDRs fuel revenue growth and create high-value pipeline, making a direct impact on Reliable's success in the region
  • SDR also work closely with Account Executives/Sales Team to ensure smooth, high-quality handovers that set deals up for success
  • Qualifies prospects and produce quality leads.
  • Performs database and record keeping activities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM, consistently meet or exceed activity metrics, pipeline generation targets and other performance KPIs.

Requirements

  • You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be eager to learn, and take pride in fueling revenue growth by creating high-value opportunities.
  • You are a goal-oriented individual with a strong focus on achieving targets and numbers, a confident and effective communicator, and a creative professional with strong solution-selling skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech solutions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and well experience using LinkedIn platform.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
