• Support the maintenance of servers, networks, computers, and IT equipment.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software, hardware, and office applications.
• Assist in managing data backup, system recovery, and data storage.
• Support system access control, user accounts, and network security.
• Provide support to staff on daily IT-related issues, including computers, email, VPN, office applications, and project systems.
• Assist in preparing user guides, technical manuals, and basic IT training materials.
• Support the implementation of new systems or application upgrades for office and project sites.
• Support the maintenance of hardware, software, and IT license inventory records.
• Assist in preparing IT procedure documentation, SOPs, and administrative reports.
• Support compliance with IT security standards and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation, collection, and organization of tender documents.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior as and when required.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
