Role Summary

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing Automation Testing and Performance Testing frameworks for enterprise applications and systems. The role focuses on improving testing efficiency, reducing manual effort, and ensuring quality delivery in line with testing standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automation and performance test scripts/frameworks.
• Perform end-to-end testing activities including test planning, execution, reporting, and maintenance.
• Develop reusable automation assets and optimize test coverage.
• Prepare test plans, test data, test reports, and defect tracking documentation.
• Support and enhance testing tools, frameworks, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify testing risks and provide mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with security, architecture, and testing standards.
• Research and implement new automation and performance testing tools/technologies.

• Testing Tools: Selenium, UFT, JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, ALM, Jira, Bugzilla, GitLab
• Automation Frameworks: Robot Framework, TestNG, Hybrid Automation Frameworks
• Programming & Scripting: Java, Python, JavaScript, VB Scripting, PowerShell, Shell Scripting
• DevOps & Platforms: Jenkins, Git/GitHub, Ansible/Puppet, Windows, Linux, AIX Servers, Microservices
• Monitoring Tools: Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, Nagios

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Automation Testing and/or Performance Testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and testing tools.
• Banking industry experience is an added advantage.

Preferred Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willing to provide after-hours or weekend support when require
