APM Plastics Hiring! Full Time Assistant Manager, Plant Engineering (Maintenance) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 7,000 - Ricebowl

What you'll be doing:

• Objective: Management of the Maintenance department to ensure the multifaceted role that involves overseeing the maintenance and engineering aspects of the plant to ensure business continuity and ensure the facilities in compliance to regulation.
• Key Accountabilities: Oversee the plan and direct the maintenance and repair of plant facilities, equipment, and ensure optimal working condition.
• Lead and manage engineering projects, including plant upgrades, equipment installations, and process improvements, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Personnel management by supervise, train, and develop the engineering and maintenance team focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all plant operations comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry codes.
• Allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and budget, to support maintenance and engineering activities effectively.
• Identify opportunities for improving equipment performance and reliability through preventive maintenance, upgrades, and innovative solutions.
• Monitor performance via key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of maintenance and engineering activities and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for special maintenance services, equipment procurement, and project execution.
• Documentation and Reporting and present monthly reports to senior management.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing / Automotive Management
• Professional Experience: Preferable with Automotive Manufacturing working experience
