A Logistics Executive handles the coordination of goods movement from suppliers to warehouses and finally to customers. The role combines operations, coordination, inventory control, transportation planning, and reporting.

Main Responsibilities

1. Transportation & Delivery Management

Responsible for ensuring products are delivered on time and in good condition.

Daily tasks:

• Arrange local and others delivery
• Coordinate with transporters, courier services, drivers, outlet’s & others
• Plan delivery schedules and routes
• Track delivery status
• Handle delayed deliveries or transport issues

2. Warehouse Coordination

Works closely with warehouse staff to manage stock movement.

Tasks:

• Monitor inbound and outbound goods
• Ensure proper stock arrangement
• Coordinate loading and unloading
• Verify quantity and condition of goods
• Reduce inventory discrepancies

3. Documentation & Administration

• Delivery Order (DO)
• Invoice
• Packing List
• Delivery Summary Sheet (DSS)
• Purchase Order (PO)

Tasks:

• Prepare and verify shipping documents
• Update logistics records
• Maintain filing systems
• Generate operational reports

4. Supplier & Customer Coordination

Acts as a communication bridge between departments and external parties.

Liaise with:

• Freight forwarders
• Warehouse teams
• Operation Department
• Customers

Responsibilities:

• Update shipment status
• Resolve complaints
• Negotiate delivery schedules
• Ensure smooth order fulfilment

5. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting

Logistics issues happen daily.

Requirements: -

• Overtime during peak periods
• Weekend support
• Emergency issue handling after office hours
• Prefer GDL License

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
