We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on HR Assistant Manager (Generalist) to lead our daily HR operations and drive a positive workplace culture. In this versatile role, you will handle everything from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management. Crucially, you will own the end-to-end payroll process, preparing comprehensive reports for executive approval and partnering closely with our Finance team for final salary release.

Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Ownership: Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, including accurate calculations of wages, deductions, and statutory compliance.
- Reporting & Finance Liaison: Prepare payroll analysis reports for management approval and coordinate directly with Finance to ensure seamless salary release.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to source, interview, and onboard top-tier talent.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for staff and management, resolving grievances, managing compliance, and boosting employee engagement.
- HR Operations: Oversee data integrity in our HRIS, manage benefits administration, and assist in driving annual performance reviews.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 4–6 years of well-rounded HR Generalist experience, with at least 2 years of proven, hands-on payroll management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in HRIS/Payroll software and MS Excel.
- Attributes: Exceptional communication skills, high numerical accuracy, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
- System: Knowledge in Aurora HRMS system is an additional advantage
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
