We are seeking Korean-speaking finance professionals to join a leading Shared Services environment in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.

L1 – Accounts Payable Associate (0–2 Years)

• Invoice Processing
• Vendor Statement Reconciliations
• Invoice Corrections & Resolution
• AP Query Management

L2 – Accounts Payable Analyst (2–4 Years)

• End-to-End Invoice Processing
• Payments Processing
• Vendor Master Management
• Vendor Reconciliation & AP Operations

L3 – Senior AP Analyst / Team Lead (4–6 Years)

• End-to-End AP Process Management
• Payments & Vendor Management
• Team & Stakeholder Management
• Process Improvement Initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately within SLA timelines
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and follow-ups
• Resolve blocked invoices and payment exceptions
• Prepare and validate payment proposals
• Manage vendor master data creation and updates
• Handle AP-related queries through case management and email support
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Ensure compliance with audit and process requirements

Requirements

• Fluent in Korean and English (written & spoken)
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Shared Services
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Shared Services/BPO experience is an advantage
