• Handle incoming customer inquiries & leads
• Follow up with potential customers promptly
• Update and manage customer database
• Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion
• Monitor lead status and customer responses
• Prepare lead reports and tracking updates
• Ensure smooth communication with clients
• Maintain organized records of all leads
• Support marketing and sales activities
• Build good relationships with customers

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
