Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chargeman at KTL Electrical Engineering, based in Batu Kawan. The Chargeman will oversee daily site operations, supervise technical teams to ensure quality work, and maintain safety standards. Responsibilities will also include conducting inspections, performing maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, coordinating tasks with other contractors, and ensuring the proper usage of heavy equipment on-site.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively on-site
• Proficiency in handling Heavy Equipment used in electrical and engineering projects
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with clients, technicians, and contractors
• Knowledge in Carpentry and Maintenance tasks relevant to electrical engineering projects
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Possession of a valid Chargeman certification and electrical engineering qualifications
• Relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably within the engineering or construction industry
• Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to all regulatory and company standards

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
