Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipment planning, delivery arrangement, and transportation coordination.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, delivery order, and customs documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, transport providers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve shipment-related issues promptly.
• Track shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, company procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate inventory movement and support warehouse activities when required.
• Work closely with Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Customer Service teams to support operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, reports, and shipment documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and cost optimization.
• Handle customer inquiries related to shipment schedules, delivery status, and logistics arrangements.
• Assist in logistics cost monitoring and vendor performance evaluation.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse, or supply chain environment.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in logistics coordination are encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with import/export processes, shipping documentation, and customs procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP system usage.
• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge in SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transportation and willing to work in Penang.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
