Company Background:
A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions, specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service criteria
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors and subcontractors
• Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to understand material requirements and specifications
• Track order status to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or issues
• Evaluate market trends and alternative materials to drive cost-saving initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier documentation
• Ensure compliance with company standards and relevant industry regulations

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2-5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in manufacturing or site project
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Familiar with procurement software and ERP systems
• Knowledge of technical drawings and specifications is a plus
• Good organizational and time management abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Purchasing: 1 year (Preferred)
• manufacturing or site project: 1 year (Preferred)
