Full Time Quality Manager Jobs, salary up to MYR 11,000 in Greatech Mechatronics (M) Sdn Bhd - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall QA/QC operations and maintain ISO 9001 QMS compliance.
• Manage customer audits, supplier quality, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee welding and fabrication quality activities including WPS/PQR, weld inspections, and welding process improvements.
• Handle welding quality issues, defect analysis, corrective actions, and quality improvement activities.
• Ensure product quality meets customer specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Project teams to drive quality excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of Quality Management experience in manufacturing, fabrication, automation, or machinery industry.
• Strong hands-on welding process experience is mandatory.
• Well-versed in welding methods, fabrication processes, weld inspection, and welding standards.
• Strong knowledge in ISO 9001 QMS, audits, and quality tools.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
