JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To support Sales and Marketing KPI and to meet company and departmental goals.
• To support the new projects and assist in company's business sales development.
• To become the lead of the new inquiries or project and follow up the project until project kick off.
• To take orders and reviews the order delivery capability together with planner.
• Responsible to document customers’ needs and communicate and liaise with all the concerned departmental heads and ensure customer requirements are understood and can be fulfilled.
• To assist in project costing.
• To handle customer inquiries and consult with the concerned department promptly and effectively.
• To liaise with purchasing/planning section on the inventory and product production planning status.
• To ensure collection of outstanding payment by customer are done within the terms.
• Perform any tasks as directed by superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent
• At least minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good communication and sales skills & presentation skills.
• Customer oriented, positive attitude & able to multi-task.
• Excellent follow-up and organization skills.
• Business development experience in manufacturing/OEM development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
