Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for smooth operation of their assigned production line. Ensuring all workers are in position and prepared for duty.
• Monitor the individual components used for pack-out and replenish as needed to ensure steady flow of production. Verify that proper labels and any requirements for the particular job are being adhered to.
• Inspect pack-out to ensure quality standards. Complete paperwork/documentation regarding each lot.
• Monitor production progress and track it. Motivate team members to meet production deadlines and goals.
• Train new workers on their station in the assembly line. Assist workers when necessary. Ensure all members of the team follow company policies and safety regulations are being enforced to meet safety compliance.
