Role Overview

As a Project Manager at *************, you will be the operational heartbeat of our delivery process. You will sit at the intersection of our clients and our internal technical teams, ensuring that every project stays on track, every milestone is met, and every stakeholder is informed.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will manage anywhere from 3 to 10 concurrent workstreams, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and the internal controller of our project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Timeline Alignment: Own the master schedule. Synchronize internal development sprints with client-facing milestones and ensure both sides are moving accordingly.

Primary Client Liaison: Act as the lead point of contact for clients. Provide regular status updates, manage expectations, and translate technical progress into business value.

Progress Tracking: Maintain a granular view of all active projects. Conduct internal check-ins to identify bottlenecks before they impact delivery.

Proactive Reporting: Flag adjustments immediately. If a timeline shift is necessary, you are responsible for highlighting the "why" and proposing the "what next" to both the CEO and the client.

Delivery Excellence: Ensure the final output matches the project scope.

Process Management: Organize project documentation, meeting notes, and action items to ensure no detail falls through the cracks in a high-volume environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: > 3 years in project coordination, account management, or a similar delivery-focused role (preferably in a tech or agency environment).

Multi-tasking: Proven ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable "managing up" to leadership and "managing out" to clients.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a flexible environment where methodologies may evolve as the company scales.

AI Literacy: Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts (e.g., prompting, fine-tuning, tokens, or general software development life cycles).

Agency Background: Experience working in a client-service model where meeting deadlines is critical to revenue.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
