### About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and adaptable Business Operations Executive to help run the backend and daily operations of our premium Sunnah foods boutique. In this role, you will be the central point of communication between our systems, our sales team, and management. If you are great with numbers, comfortable with retail software, and know how to keep a team on track, we want you on board!

### Key Responsibilities:

• System & Financial Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the store's POS and accounting systems, ensuring all transactions and entries are accurate.
• Pricing & Inventory: Regularly audit and check product pricing, ensuring margins and retail prices are up-to-date in the system.
• Team Coordination: Oversee the daily activities of the front-line sales and marketing teams, ensuring they meet daily targets and operational standards.
• Management Reporting: Act as the direct liaison to the business owner, providing regular updates on store performance and operations.
• Creative Coordination (Bonus Task): Assist with or oversee basic graphic design (using tools like Canva) for store promotions, flyers, and social media banners when needed.

### Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with POS systems and basic accounting software.
• Core Competencies: Strong numerical skills and attention to detail (you don't miss a beat when it comes to pricing).
• Leadership: Natural leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
• Nice-to-Have: Basic eye for design and familiarity with tools like Canva.
