Job Responsibilities
- Planning truck availabilities for order collection and delivery arrangements.
- Confirming orders with clients.
- Monitoring truck GPS and drivers’ locations.
- Collecting completed JI (Job Instruction) documents from drivers after delivery completion.
- Preparing CN (Consignment Note) and ROT (Request of Transport) documents for deliveries.
- Ensuring all supporting documents are properly maintained and filed.
- Maintaining punctuality at work.
- Demonstrating a good working attitude.
