Job Description:

• Develop event concepts, project plans, and timelines based on client or company objectives.
• Prepare event proposals and budgets, ensuring cost control and profit targets are met.
• Research and secure suitable venues, malls, and public spaces for roadshows or events.
• Manage event permits, license, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Source and liaise with vendors, contractors, suppliers, and sponsors.
• Negotiate contracts with booth constructors, logistics providers, AV teams, and caterers.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Lead on ground event setup, execution, and teardown.
• Troubleshoot operational issues during events to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct post event evaluations, reporting on ROI, KPI, and lessons learned.
• Handle supplier payments, event documentation, and client feedback follow up.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support events and roadshows.
• Support social media content creation and digital promotion for event visibility.
• Track and analyze marketing performance, engagement, and campaign ROI.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in event planning, roadshows, or project management.
• Able to work independently, lead events with minimal guidance.
• Strong vendor and venue sourcing knowledge.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Creative, proactive, and solution oriented.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,800.00 per month
