Job Description

Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist and support in daily office administration and operational activities.
  • Handle documentation for job orders, service reports, invoices, delivery orders, quotations, and other related documents.
  • Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and liaise with vendors and suppliers on purchasing matters.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure minimum stock levels are maintained at all times.
  • Record stock movements (inward and outward) and update inventory records accurately.
  • Assist in sourcing quotations for forklift spare parts, repairs, maintenance services, and other operational requirements.
  • Conduct monthly stock take and assist in inventory reconciliation.
  • Assist and support daily operational activities and coordination.
  • Responsible for administration matters for Penang, KL, and JB branches.
  • Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and relevant departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure proper filing and maintenance of administrative and inventory records.
  • Continuously identify ways to improve work processes and increase operational efficiency.
  • Carry out any other duties and assignments as instructed by the superior or Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in administration, operations, inventory control, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in handling documentation, stock control, purchasing, and vendor coordination will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in forklift spare parts, repairs, or maintenance services will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to learn, proactive, and able to accept challenges.
  • Continuously identify ways to improve processes to increase efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
