GSH Precision Technology Hiring! Full Time Wire EDM Programmer - Machinist in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor Wire Cut / EDM machines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Perform machine programming and parameter adjustments for machining operations.
• Produce precision parts within required tolerances and quality standards.
• Prepare tooling, fixtures, electrodes, and work materials for machining.
• Inspect finished products using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and perform minor machine maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and 6S practices in the work area.
• Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Tool & Die, or related field.
• Experience operating Wire Cut EDM machines is an advantage.
• Able to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Knowledge of CNC programming, G-code, or CAM software is preferred.
• Familiar with precision measuring tools and quality inspection methods.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Fresh graduates may apply as training can be provided by some companies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
