Senior Procurement Executive cum ISO Coordinator

Location: Klang, Selangor (Sungai Kapar Indah)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Procurement Executive to manage purchasing activities while supporting ISO 9001:2015 coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supplier coordination, purchasing operations, and documentation control in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Supplier Management

• Handle daily purchasing (sourcing, quotation, PO issuance, follow-up)
• Coordinate with local & overseas suppliers (China suppliers included)
• Monitor delivery timelines, lead time & stock availability
• Maintain supplier records, quotations & procurement documents
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Sales & Finance
• Handle import-related documents (where applicable)
• Assist in supplier evaluation & performance tracking

ISO 9001:2015 Coordination

• Support ISO documentation & implementation (procurement scope)
• Update SOPs, forms, supplier evaluation & purchasing records
• Prepare documents for internal & external audits
• Track audit findings, corrective actions & follow-ups
• Ensure proper document control & compliance

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth material flow
• Support urgent procurement & special material requests
• Coordinate with Finance on invoice & payment documentation

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or related field
• 3 – 5 years experience in procurement / purchasing
• Experience in manufacturing / raw material / import is an advantage
• Exposure to ISO 9001:2015 is a plus
• Strong in supplier coordination & follow-up
• Good in Microsoft Excel, Word

Language Requirement

• English & Bahasa Malaysia (required)
• Mandarin is a MUST (to deal with China suppliers)
