Sales Transactions & Invoicing
- Process customer invoices for vehicle sales, parts, and services.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate pricing, discounts, and down payments.
- Monitor financing or loan approvals from banks.
- Ensure proper documentation for credit arrangements.
Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Manage collections from customers.
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Reconcile payments with vehicle delivery and registration.
Petty Cash & Bank Reconciliation
- Monitor daily cash collections (showroom, service center).
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and e-wallet payments.
Inventory & Costing
- Monitor vehicle and spare parts inventory in the system.
- Support costing analysis (e.g., margin on vehicle sales, service jobs).
Monthly & Annual Financial Reports
- Assist in generating dealership P&L reports, sales summaries, and other financial documents.
- Prepare data for audits or compliance reporting.
Utilities and Claims
- Verify bill amounts vs usage (flag unusually high usage).
- Record and file invoices in the accounting system.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- ACCA, CIMA, or other professional accounting certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience; hospitality industry experience is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of SST, basic tax requirements, and statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
