In this role, you will oversee and streamline storekeeping operations, manage inventory efficiently, and ensure the smooth flow of warehouse processes to support production and drive business success. Additionally, you will lead a team of storekeepers and coordinate daily warehouse activities to maintain optimal performance.

What You'll Do
1. Inventory Management – Keep stock cards updated, monitor stock levels and locations, conduct regular stock counts, and investigate discrepancies.
2. Supervise Storekeeping Operations – Lead and coordinate the daily tasks of the storekeepers; overseeing goods receiving, picking, packing, and stock transfers. Ensure proper material identification and storage based on item categories.
3. Storage & Organization – Ensure materials are properly labelled, and stored in designated locations, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
4. Stock Replenishment & Ordering – Monitor stock levels, assist the Warehouse Executive in forecasting inventory needs. Notify the purchasing team to reorder as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking.
5. Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of stock transactions, purchase orders, and delivery notes to ensure smooth operations.
6. Support in Waste Management & Disposal – Help manage and dispose unused, expired, or defective materials in line with company policies.
7. Other Duties – Perform additional tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations.
What You'll Need
1. Diploma or equivalent qualification in relevant field.
2. At least 2–3 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory control.
3. Ability to operate forklift and reach truck for lifting and moving heavy items.
4. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
