Responsibilities
JobDescription
- Assist in daily accounting and finance operational tasks
- Perform data entry for accounting transactions into the accounting system
- Assist in handling finance department documentation and administrative matters
- Prepare and organize payment supporting documents
- Filing and maintenance of accounting records and finance documents
- Support monthly closing activities and stock take documentation
- Liaise with internal departments on finance-related administrative matters
- Assist superior in ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Accounting
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
