Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to support daily office operations, accounting functions, and administrative processes. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with work-from-home arrangements possible depending on the applicant’s preference and suitability for the duties.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsible, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and coordination tasks in a dynamic working environment.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Support

  • Prepare and issue administrative documents such as Delivery Orders, Invoices, Credit Notes, Statements of Account (SOA), Payment Vouchers, and other related paperwork.
  • Maintain and update work schedules, appointments, and company calendars.
  • Sending out the SOA and assisting in performing collections.

Accounting & Finance

  • Assist with daily accounting and financial tasks.
  • Update and maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable records.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, filing systems, and data entry.
  • Prepare monthly supplier payments.
  • Use accounting, financial, and office software for reporting and administration.

Human Resources Support

  • Prior experience in administration, accounts, customer service, or office coordination preferred.

If you can identify with the below, you might be the candidate we are looking for:

  • Higher Nitec in Accountancy or Diploma.  Otherwise, experience rather than formal education can also compensate and is a key requirement.
  • Basic experience in company accounting, month-end/financial close, including AR and AP.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, effectively and calmly under pressure.
  • Good communication skills, able to liaise regularly with branch offices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PDF and common office software

While after-office hours work is generally not expected, the candidate must be willing to assist in urgent situations when required.
