Job Summary

You will manage administrative functions with a focus on certification renewals and vehicle administration, while supporting purchasing activities by sourcing suppliers and managing procurement to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Track and renew certifications, including ISO and BCA licenses, to maintain compliance and operational readiness
  • Manage vehicle administration tasks such as insurance, road tax, VPC, and season parking renewals to ensure uninterrupted fleet operations
  • Coordinate broadband, landline, and mobile line renewals with telecommunications providers to maintain communication infrastructure
  • Maintain accurate non-incident records and safety documentation for regulatory and internal audit purposes
  • Collaborate with Engineers and Managers to identify and fulfill purchasing needs aligned with project requirements
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality equipment, materials, and services at competitive prices and on schedule
  • Assess supplier performance based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and reliability to support procurement decisions
  • Manage procurement processes by creating, matching, and tracking Purchase Orders (POs) and requisitions using Business Central software
  • Perform three-way matching of Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and invoices to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience with ISO certifications and good understanding of BCA licensing requirements
