Project Manager – Payments, Data Governance & Migration

• Managed end-to-end delivery of banking data governance and migration projects across CRS, Customer Hub, HMC, PMC and AMC portfolios for Citi Bank.
• Led an 18+ member team across ETL testing, data validation, defect management, requirement grooming, sprint planning and production support activities.
• Coordinated with business, application, technical, vendor and UAT teams to drive requirements, prioritization, approvals, development, testing and deployment.
• Oversaw validation of staging, standardization and extract layers within the Data Hub, ensuring data lineage, catalogue accuracy and business rule compliance.
• Managed payment and banking transformation initiatives involving SWIFT MT/MX, CBPR+, ISO 20022, GPP, SEPA, Fedwire, CHIPS and domestic clearing flows.
• Prepared project progress reports, test plans, defect matrices, cutover plans and senior management updates to ensure delivery visibility and governance.
• Supported pre-sales, POC execution, stakeholder engagement and recruitment activities while ensuring timely delivery, production stability and regulatory alignment.
