Job Summary

Support sales and export operations by coordinating orders, managing ERP entries, processing export documentation, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment and shipping coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales orders to ensure timely processing and fulfillment
• Enter orders accurately into the ERP system to maintain up-to-date records
• Track and follow through on all orders to ensure completion and customer satisfaction
• Update and reconcile customer receipts to maintain accurate financial records
• Cross-check warehouse pickings to verify order accuracy before shipment
• Prepare and apply for export permits to comply with regulatory requirements
• Prepare and apply for Certificates of Origin (COO) to support export documentation
• Coordinate export shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Perform other administrative duties to support sales and export functions
