MHNEXUS SDN BHD Hiring! Full Time Finance Manager in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 8,000 - Ricebowl

· Managing day to day finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, treasury, and month-end closing activities.

· Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including monitoring budget versus actual performance.

· Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts and ensure sufficient funding for operational and project requirements.

· Review invoices, payment requests, supporting documents, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and approval requirements.

· Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, company secretary, bankers, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders on finance-related matters.

· Ensure compliance with MFRS, taxation, SST, Statutory regulations, and other applicable financial reporting requirements.

· Support corporate exercises including due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring exercises, funding initiatives, and investor-related requests.

· Establish, review, and improve finance SOPs, approval matrix internal controls, and financial governance process.

· Monitor treasury matters including banking facilities, financing arrangements, operational cash requirements, and payment prioritization.

· Identify financial and operational risks and recommend mitigation measures to management.

· Ensure proper maintenance and safekeeping of accounting records, supporting documents, and financial documentation.

· Design and improve Microsoft excel financial templates, budgeting tolls, reporting templates, and analytical models for operational and management reporting purposes.

· Work closely with operational departments and project teams to support project execution, financial planning, and cost management.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives in finance systems, reporting processes, templates and operational efficiency.

· Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
