GSE-M Technology Hiring! Full Time Mechanical Draughtsman-Draughtsperson in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

What You’ll Do

· Prepare and produce 2D construction and fabrication drawings.

· Coordinate with Design Engineers to improve machine structural design for better workability and cost efficiency.

· Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.

· Update 3D drawings, including sheet metal corrections, fastener assignments, and structural thickness adjustments; support modelling of non-critical machine components.

· Prepare drawings for brackets, safety covers, trunking, pipe routing, and related components.

· Generate purchase requests in the ERP system for raw materials.

· Monitor fabrication progress and material delivery status.

· Prepare and submit weekly fabrication progress reports to the Project Engineer.

· Ensure compliance with safety-first practices at all times.

· Demonstrate basic safety awareness and apply common sense when performing and managing tasks.

· Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, eye, respiratory, and body protection, both on-site and off-site.

What You Need

· Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

· At least 2 years of experience in mechanical draughting or mechanical structural design; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

· Strong knowledge of mechanical draughting with an interest in structural improvement and design optimization.

· Positive learning attitude, willing to take on challenges, and committed to growing with the company.

· Strong mindset with good time management skills and a self-driven working approach.

· TVET graduates with a Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Working Conditions

· Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

· Breaks: 60min lunch + flexible solat time.

· Environment: Factory (non-air-conditioned) + Office (air-conditioned)
