Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
· Apply electrical engineering principles to system design, including preparation of electrical schematics, control panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and control architecture for industrial machines and equipment.
· Involve in control panel fabrication, electrical wiring from control panel to machine and field devices, installation, testing and commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of systems.
· Prepare, review, interpret, or manage electrical drawings, technical documentation, software backups, and engineering records appropriate to assigned role and level.
· Ensure engineering activities comply with applicable ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and ISO 14001 (Environmental) requirements, as well as statutory and regulatory obligations.
· Identify and manage technical risks, perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
· Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective execution of engineering activities.
· Ensure engineering decisions consider reliability, maintainability, safety, manufacturability, and cost effectiveness.
· Maintain accurate and traceable engineering documentation in accordance with document and record control requirements.
· Provide technical support during breakdown, service, and emergency situations when required.
· Contribute to continuous improvement, standardisation, and good engineering practices within the organisation.
Qualifications & Experience
· Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering or equivalent.
· 0–3 years relevant experience in electrical design, machine wiring, automation, maintenance, or project execution.
· Basic knowledge of electrical drawings, industrial components, sensors, drives, and control systems.
· Familiar with PLC programming platforms such as Mitsubishi GX Works and Omron CX-Programmer (or equivalent).
· Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical drawings.
· Competent in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.

Work Requirements
· Willing and able to travel frequently for outstation and overseas project installation, commissioning, and service work.
· Able to provide standby support and respond to urgent breakdown or service calls when required.
· Flexible to work beyond normal hours during project commissioning or critical operational situations.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
