Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in production / food manufacturing environment

• Experience in leading a small team / supervising operators is preferred

• Strong knowledge in production planning & scheduling

• Familiar with production processes, workflow & line balancing

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or quality systems (especially for food industry)

• Able to analyze production data, output, and efficiency

• Basic troubleshooting for production issues / machine / process

Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure daily production operations run smoothly

• Coordinate manpower, production schedule, and output targets

• Supervise and guide production operators / line leaders

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and SOP

• Work closely with QA/QC, warehouse, and maintenance team

• Prepare and review production reports and KPIs

• Identify and implement process improvement & cost reduction

• Handle and resolve production issues / delays

Location : Pandamaran

Working Hours : Monday - Friday : 08:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday (Alternate) : 08:30am - 12:30pm
