Assist customers with product enquiries and recommend suitable products based on their needs
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships
Support daily retail operations including cashiering, stock replenishment, and merchandise display
Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the retail store
Achieve individual and team sales targets assigned by the company
Job Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new skills
Well-groomed and professional in appearance
Prior retail or sales experience will be an added advantage
