We are looking for a driven and commercially-minded eCommerce Executive to accelerate our online growth across key marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment, understands digital buying behaviour, and is passionate about delivering strong sales performance across multiple platforms.
You will play a key role in managing our end-to-end eCommerce operations while identifying opportunities to grow market share, improve customer experience, and maximise revenue across both local and regional platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage day-to-day operations across eCommerce platforms including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Amazon, and other emerging channels
- Execute and optimise eCommerce strategies aligned with FMCG market trends, seasonal demand, and consumer behaviour
- Monitor sales performance and utilise data analytics to identify growth opportunities, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness
- Generate insights on customer shopping patterns to support product assortment planning and identify gaps in the portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace Key Account Managers and eCommerce partners to unlock commercial opportunities
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to plan and execute campaigns (e.g. paid search, platform campaigns, mega sale events)
- Track and report key metrics including weekly/monthly sales, campaign performance, sell-through rates, and promotional ROI
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, marketing, and customer service
- Manage inventory planning and coordination with distribution teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely fulfilment
- Continuously improve eCommerce processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
