Our client is Oil & Gas service provider in Singapore. They have an immediate requirement for a Sales Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels and provide information on product availability, delivery schedules, and shipment details.
• Process and verify sales orders accurately and promptly in the system.
• Coordinate with Vendors, logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle shipping and customs documentation, liaising with forwarders and shipping agents.
• Prepare sales reports, track order records, and support sales meetings.
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve queries and discrepancies.
• Verify and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Negotiate freight rates with appointed forwarders to ensure cost efficiency.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
• Handle LC / bank guarantee documents.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in business, sales & marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of administrative or sales support experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Office & SAP B1.
• Able to start immediately or in short notice.

Job location : Macpherson, Singapore
Salary : $2200 - $2800 pm (negotiable)
Work week : 5.5 days (5 days may be considered also)
