We are currently expanding our family and looking for a few driven Sales Interior Designer who doesn't just want a job, but a career where creativity meets commerce.

As a Sales Interior Designer at Cinta, you are the bridge between our creative vision and our clients' reality. You will not only conceptualize beautiful designs but also effectively communicate the value of our services, close deals, and build lasting relationships.

If you are a people-person with a sharp eye for design and the tenacity to succeed in a competitive market, we want you on our team.

• Consult & Sell: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present our portfolio and design, and confidently close sales to meet sales target.

• Site Visits: Conduct site measurements and attend client meetings to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with the property's existing structure.

• Quotation & Negotiation: Negotiate contracts to win projects while maintaining profitability.

• Payment Collection: Maintain good relationship with client throughout the projects and responsible for payment collection.

• Project Handover: Collaborate with our project management team to ensure a seamless transition from design to execution, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and furniture in the market.

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Business or related field.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar Sales Designer or Interior Designer role (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios and sales drive are welcome!).

• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD is an advantage.

• The "X-Factor": You possess excellent communication and presentation skills. You can sketch and explain ideas on the fly.

• Self-Starter: You are target-driven, independent, and possess your own transport (willingness to travel for site visits in Klang Valley).
