Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology, or related field

• Minimum 3 years experience in production / manufacturing environment

• Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage

• Basic knowledge in production planning & scheduling

• Familiar with production processes and workflow

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or quality systems (especially for food industry)

• Able to prepare and analyze production reports

• Basic knowledge of machine operation / production line

Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities and output

• Ensure production runs according to schedule and target

• Coordinate with QA/QC, warehouse, and maintenance team

• Prepare and update production reports and records

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and SOP

• Troubleshoot minor production issues and escalate when necessary

• Assist in improving production efficiency and reducing wastage
