Responsibilities
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology, or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in production / manufacturing environment
Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage
Basic knowledge in production planning & scheduling
Familiar with production processes and workflow
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or quality systems (especially for food industry)
Able to prepare and analyze production reports
Basic knowledge of machine operation / production line
Job Scope / Responsibilities
Monitor daily production activities and output
Ensure production runs according to schedule and target
Coordinate with QA/QC, warehouse, and maintenance team
Prepare and update production reports and records
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and SOP
Troubleshoot minor production issues and escalate when necessary
Assist in improving production efficiency and reducing wastage
