Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team, solicitors, financiers, sales agents, and purchasers to ensure the timely execution of Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and Loan Agreements.

  • Monitor and follow up closely to ensure the timely disbursement of end-financing loans.

  • Manage and respond to purchasers’ enquiries, providing appropriate solutions and assistance on matters relating to SPA execution and financing documentation.

  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accurate updates of records in the system for efficient data retrieval and report generation.

  • Ensure purchasers’ files and sales records are properly maintained, organized, and kept up to date.

  • Manage and monitor the issuance and delivery of progress billings, statements of accounts, reminder letters, and other related correspondence to purchasers.

  • Follow up on collections and ensure all payments and customer information are accurately updated in the system.

  • Monitor progressive billings and collections, and proactively follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment.

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to Management.

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Qualification in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or an equivalent discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in credit administration, sales administration, accounts receivable, or customer service within the property development industry.

  • Ability to communicate and liaise effectively with solicitors, bankers, purchasers, and internal stakeholders on matters related to sales administration and credit control activities.

  • Proficient in Property Management Software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with a pleasant personality.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
