The Senior Structural Engineer will provide engineering support to both internal and external clients whilst leading and mentoring a small team of engineer within organization./pp /ppstrongKEY TASKS amp; RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pp /pulli

Develop and maintain design tools and procedures to assist the technical department in the day-to-day designs;/lili

Assist with research and development projects as well as product compliance of existing and new product groups, including the development of calculation models and technical literature;/lili

Assist with the preparation of plans with detailed drawings that include project specifications and cost estimates;/lili

Lead and mentor a small team of engineer of the technical department;/lili

Assists with technical presentations to internal and external parties as required;/lili

Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments;/lili

Ensure compliance with all personal obligations under Health and Safety legislation and adhere to Company Hamp;S policies and procedures, whilst working and striving to improve the internal Safety Audit;/lili

Computer literate with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD./lili

Experience with Precast Concrete lifting and connections would be an advantage./lili
