This role involves conducting inspections, repairs, and replacements, implementing preventative maintenance plans, and managing a team of technicians. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of mechanical systems, strong analytical skills and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor\\\'s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or engineering.
- Strong understanding of rotating equipment and lubrication principles.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience with predictive maintenance techniques and data analysis.
