SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT
Penang, Malaysia

We are seeking a committed and technically capable Senior Project Architect to join our team for a landmark building project in Penang.

This is an opportunity to be part of a meaningful architectural project involving adaptive revitalisation, public architecture, heritage sensitivity, and civic placemaking. The candidate will work closely with the Principal Architect in leading architectural coordination, design development, consultant management, technical detailing, authority coordination, and site implementation.

Preference will be given to candidates who are able to work closely with local authorities, consultants, specialists, site teams, contractors, and community stakeholders within the local project environment. Candidates with strong site coordination abilities, leadership qualities, and familiarity with government or public sector projects are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:
• Registered Architect / Part 3 preferred
• Minimum 8 years working experience
• Strong technical, detailing, and coordination skills
• Experience managing large-scale or public projects
• Ability to lead project teams independently
• Strong communication and consultant coordination abilities
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and BIM workflow is an advantage
• Passion for architecture, heritage, and civic projects
