Responsibilities
Location: Bandar Botanic, Klang
What you will bring
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in foreign worker management, expatriate management, licensing, or compliance-related roles
Strong knowledge of Malaysian government procedures (Immigration, FOMEMA, Local Authorities)
Experience liaising with embassies and regulatory bodies is highly preferred
Familiar with Employment Pass (EP), Professional Visit Pass (PVP), Dependant Pass, and expatriate compliance processes.
Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Valid driving license and willing to travel for government / embassy / site matters
The Mission You Will Take on – What You Will Do
Oversee and manage all foreign worker-related processes including recruitment documentation, FOMEMA, permit renewals, and compliance requirements.
Manage expatriate-related matters including Employment Pass (EP), Professional Visit Pass (PVP), Dependant Pass, visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and relocation coordination.
Act as the primary liaison with government agencies such as Immigration Department, JTK, FOMEMA, police, and relevant embassies.
Ensure timely renewal of passports, work permits, insurance, and statutory documentation.
Handle audit preparation and respond to government inspections (JTK, Immigration, etc.)
Supervise and guide executives in handling bank account opening / replacement cards / Police report handling / Clinic/hospital arrangements for emergency cases.
Responsible for overall monitoring, tracking, and renewal of all company business licenses and statutory permits.
Oversee end-to-end setup for new hostel openings including utilities, safety compliance, and licensing readiness.
Monitor and ensure timely renewal of tenancy agreements and compliance with contractual obligations.
