Responsibilities
DELTAFRONTIER SDN BHD is expanding our Malaysia team, and we are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Channel Sales Executive with Marketing 70/30 to support our growth in the AIoT, smart building, smart workspace, data center, and digital transformation markets.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building partner relationships, developing new business opportunities, supporting channel growth, and contributing to marketing activities that generate real business impact.
• Develop, manage, and strengthen channel partner relationships in Malaysia, including system integrators, resellers, consultants, contractors, and technology partners.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across smart buildings, commercial real estate, enterprise workplaces, data centers, and digital transformation projects.
• Support partner and customer engagements through meetings, presentations, product briefings, and solution discussions.
• Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and project teams to understand customer requirements and position suitable AIoT solutions.
• Prepare and support quotations, proposals, RFQ/RFP submissions, sales presentations, and partner enablement materials.
• Maintain accurate updates on leads, opportunities, partner activities, forecasts, and follow-up actions in CRM or reporting tools.
• Support marketing activities such as digital campaigns, email outreach, social media content, webinars, events, product launches, and partner campaigns.
• Assist in creating and localizing sales and marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, case studies, campaign flyers, and product highlights.
• Conduct market research on customer needs, competitor activities, industry trends, tender opportunities, and Malaysia market developments.
• Track lead generation activities, campaign performance, event outcomes, and marketing contribution to sales pipeline growth.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, channel sales, business development, account management, marketing, pre-sales support, or a customer-facing technology role.
• Fresh graduates with strong internship, project, sales, marketing, or technology exposure may also be considered.
• Strong interest in B2B technology sales, partner engagement, and solution selling.
• Exposure to AIoT, IoT, smart buildings, access control, CCTV, visitor management, data center infrastructure, IT solutions, M&E, security systems, or enterprise technology will be an advantage.
• Comfortable with prospecting, lead qualification, customer follow-up, presentations, quotations, and pipeline tracking.
• Able to support basic marketing activities, including content creation, campaign coordination, social media updates, email marketing, events, and lead generation.
• Strong communication skills in English. Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage for Malaysia market engagement.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, LinkedIn, email marketing tools, or social media platforms will be useful.
• Proactive, organized, self-driven, accountable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced regional technology environment.
